NUP party leader Robert Kyagulanyi says the Kawempe North MP Muhammad Ssegirinya is in a bad state of health.
This after he visited the MP who is currently receiving treatment at Mulago National Referral Hospital.
Kyagulanyi quoted the MP as saying that state operatives have, on several occasions, coerced him to denounce his opposition party, NUP, and to apologize to the president in a video to be forgiven his murder charges.
