Police in Mbale District has arrested the court bailiff Hamid Mangona, who led a team of over 40 people that broke and evicted the retired traffic officer Anthony Anyolitho from the Industrial city division in Mbale. The family revealed that their father, a retired police officer is now bedridden and they are now demanding the relevant authorities or ministries to intervene and save him.
