Coffee farmers have been assured of profitability and access to global markets such as the UK, but the British high commissioner to Uganda Kate Airey is advising farmers and producers to focus on addressing quality and value additions challenges as a gateway to premium Arabica and Robusta markets.
She was speaking at Sheraton Kampala during a capping event in partnership with foreign affairs and the coffee development authority.
